Mount Pleasant Real Estate

Mount Pleasant is one of the older areas in Calgary, it was originally annexed from the city in 1910. The community is close to SAIT, McMahon Stadium, the U of C and Foothills Hospital. Located just north of 16th Avenue Mount Pleasant is bounded by 2nd Street NW to the east and 10th Street NW to the west. Confederation Park occupies the NW corner of Mount Pleasant. The neighbourhood offers a good mix of older character homes as well as newer homes.

The average days on market (DOM) for these 23 Mount Pleasant sales was 36 days.
