Bayview has a nearby playground, outdoor skating rink and community centre. The real draw is the Glenmore Reservoir and all the activities stemming from it. There are boat docks (one right in Bayview), walking paths, hiking at Weaselhead Flats, and picnicking at Glenmore Park.
